Set-up begins at 9:00 AM. Please plan on arriving between 9:00-9:45 AM to set up your table. All employers must check-in at our employer registration table in the George Sherman Union. Candidates will be allowed to enter the fair at 10 AM.
Each booth will feature a 6’ draped table, table signage, and seating. We encourage you to bring a table banner if you have one.
Yes, employers will be provided a continental breakfast and catered luncheon.
Your fee provides the following amenities for up to TWO representatives: One 6′ draped booth, table signage, seating, continental breakfast, tickets for our catered networking lunch, and exhibitor badges on the day of the event.
We allow a maximum of 4 representatives per booth.
Registration cancellations must be made in writing by email to MERC at info@merccareerfair.com. If cancellation occurs on or prior to April 1, 2024, you will receive a refund less a $50 cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs after April 1, 2024, you forfeit your registration fee.
All registrations will be reviewed and are pending confirmation. An invoice will be sent to the registrant to acknowledge accepted registration and will provide payment information. All invoices must be paid prior to April 1, 2024, to secure your spot at the fair.
Payment is due prior to your attendance at the career fair. Payment formats accepted are checks, credit cards, and purchase orders. If payment is not received by the fair date, after a one-month grace period, a late fee of $50 will be assessed per 30-day period past April 18, 2024. Any organization with an outstanding balance will not be eligible to register for subsequent MERC career fairs.

Electrical access must be arranged prior to the event at the time of registration. We cannot guarantee electrical hookup on the day of the event. If you request electricity, please be sure to bring your own extension cord to the fair to plug into the outlet.
A continental breakfast is available during the employer setup starting at 9:00 AM. A catered networking lunch is available provided that you have a lunch ticket. Water is available for employers throughout the event free of charge.
You may interview candidates at your booth during the event and the optional interview period immediately following the open fair.
Yes, there will be complimentary WiFi at the career fair.
